Powder Injection Workshop on-site Learning Water Sampling
In order to enable employees to take water samples from water points in a more standardized way, on November 6, the management personnel of powder injection workshop of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Factory organized operators from various posts to gather at the water station on the second floor of cephalosporin preparation for sampling training on the use of water points.
This training was demonstrated and explained by the water sampling personnel in the central laboratory of the pharmaceutical company. The preparation work before water sampling, the detailed operation steps of each water sampling, the matters needing attention in the water sampling process, and the testing items for each water sample were explained in detail, including several important testing items such as physics and chemistry, microbial limit, bacterial endotoxin, etc.
At the end of the training, each participant also conducted on-site practical exercises to inspect the training effect. (lu ziwei)
