Yunnan Peak "Four Major Systems" Passed External Audit

From November 12 to 14, Hua Shusen, head of the audit team of Beijing Guojian Lianxin Certification Center, and his party conducted a two-and-a-half-day external audit of Yunnan Peak Cement Company's four management systems of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and energy, and made a good audit conclusion on the operation of Yunnan Peak's four major management systems.

Hua Shusen, head of the external audit team, presided over the first meeting of supervision and audit, and arranged and explained the audit purpose, audit scope, audit criteria, audit team personnel and division of labor, and audit schedule. The audit team is divided into four groups. According to the requirements of relevant standards of quality, environment, occupational health and energy management, enterprise management system manuals and procedure documents, the audit team conducts special audit on the standard requirements, places and processes involved in the spot check departments through data inspection, on-site inspection and communication with relevant department leaders. At the last meeting, the external audit expert group affirmed and recognized the operation of Yunnan peak system, and said that the management of Yunnan peak system has been greatly improved and improved compared with the previous year. Hua Shusen put forward rectification opinions and suggestions on the deficiencies found in the audit process for further improvement.
