On the same day, the new board of directors held its first meeting, electing Jiang Xiaomeng as the chairman of the 11th board of directors of the company, appointing Yu Jianhong as the general manager of the company, Huang Jinlong, Zhang Fengliang and Xiang Chongping as the deputy general managers of the company, Lan Xiaolong as the financial director of the company, and Zhu Jianwei as the secretary of the board of directors of the company. The new board of supervisors held its first meeting and elected Chen Tianci as the chairman of the company's tenth board of supervisors.
