Every evening, on both sides of the street where our village leads to the brigade, there are many vendors setting up stalls to sell vegetables, fruits, clothing and sundries. Grandpa finished the dishes in the vegetable garden and let second brother take them to the booth to sell. I was very young at that time, about seven or eight years old, and I set up a stall to sell vegetables with my second brother. Although it was small at that time, the village was simple and did not bully us or cheat us.

I remember when I set up the stall, my grandpa's brother often teased me and my second brother on the street, saying, "I don't pay for the food, okay?" The little one would reply domineering, "No!" Then he took out a small onion from a bunch of shallots and tasted it. He said, "The shallots taste good. Do I have to pay for this shallots?" I said, "Yes." At that time, I was joking for half a day. Ha ha, it was fun to think of it.
