When talking about work, Xu Qin seemed to open the chatterbox. At the beginning of

2019 , peak international trade rented the warehouse and storage yard of Jinhua south railway station as the focus of storage business. Own warehouses are leased to logistics enterprises as logistics real estate, for which a park management center has been set up. It was against this background that Xu Qin served as the security officer of Jianfeng International Trade and the deputy manager of the park management center, and the challenges he faced mainly came from the management of the logistics park.

He said that as a lessor, we have to assume the responsibility of managing, supervising and guiding the tenants of the park, but as the owner of the logistics park, we have to do a good job of service in terms of property. Acting as a regulator and a service provider at the same time sounds contradictory at first glance, so finding a balance between management and service is the difficulty.

E-commerce, express delivery, and express transportation industries often have objective factors such as complex personnel composition, frequent mobility, and low cultural level of grassroots personnel. There are no small difficulties in management, and the situation is more complicated. Xu Qin said that the cultivation of safety awareness is like winding up, and it is necessary to talk to them repeatedly and repeatedly, and constantly tighten the safety string. In this regard, we have adopted the "high-speed rail model", placing loudspeakers in the park, and broadcasting safety education related content and assessment system every day. In the company's own management, the key is to strengthen management and enhance service awareness. The park uses monitoring and other equipment to set up a patrol system, so that problems can be responded to and dealt with in a timely manner; through the addition of access control systems and the construction of parking sheds, the management of the park has been standardized. In addition, a professional property company was invited to clean the park. Through various measures, the environment of the park has been greatly improved, and the tenants have also expressed great affirmation of our work.

Xu Qin and his team's work is simple to say, but it is only a few hundred words on paper, and it is extremely complicated to do in practice. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment.
