Facing the reporter's interview, Xu Qin seemed a little shy, repeatedly saying that winning the honor of being an outstanding employee of the group company in 2019 was everyone's favor, and he just did what he should do. Achievements are mainly due to the joint efforts of colleagues, but also to the support and help of leaders. When talking about work, Xu Qin seemed to open the chatterbox. At the beginning of

2019 , peak international trade rented the warehouse and storage yard of Jinhua south railway station as the focus of storage business. Own warehouses are leased to logistics enterprises as logistics real estate, for which a park management center has been set up. It was against this background that Xu Qin served as the security officer of Jianfeng International Trade and the deputy manager of the park management center, and the challenges he faced mainly came from the management of the logistics park.

He said that as a lessor, we have to assume the responsibility of managing, supervising and guiding the tenants of the park, but as the owner of the logistics park, we have to do a good job of service in terms of property. Acting as a regulator and a service provider at the same time sounds contradictory at first glance, so finding a balance between management and service is the difficulty.

E-commerce, express delivery, and express transportation industries often have objective factors such as complex personnel composition, frequent mobility, and low cultural level of grassroots personnel. There are no small difficulties in management, and the situation is more complicated. In the management of tenants, Jianfeng International Trade Park adopts the method of dredging, which not only avoids the occurrence of contradictions and does not have an intensified incident, but also helps tenants to optimize their management methods. For example, stevedores and drivers generally have the habit of smoking. If they are simply prohibited from smoking, they will not know how to smoke and will take a more concealed way to smoke secretly. In this regard, the park has set up a smoking room to replace the ban. In this way, cigarette butts are gradually invisible on the ground, and the potential safety hazards of the park are also under control.

In addition, it is necessary to make the concept of "safe production" deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. This requires full communication with tenants and efforts to include tenants in our standardized construction work. Through the continuous promotion of the company's management concepts and systems, let tenants integrate into the atmosphere of jointly promoting the construction of boutique parks, and work together for the construction of beautiful parks. Xu Qin said that the cultivation of safety awareness is like winding up, and it is necessary to talk to them repeatedly and repeatedly, and constantly tighten the safety string. In this regard, we have adopted the "high-speed rail model", placing loudspeakers in the park, and broadcasting safety education related content and assessment system every day. In the company's own management, the key is to strengthen management and enhance service awareness. The park uses monitoring and other equipment to set up a patrol system, so that problems can be responded to and dealt with in a timely manner; through the addition of access control systems and the construction of parking sheds, the management of the park has been standardized. In addition, a professional property company was invited to clean the park. Through various measures, the environment of the park has been greatly improved, and the tenants have also expressed great affirmation of our work.

Xu Qin and his team's work is simple to say, but it is only a few hundred words on paper, and it is extremely complicated to do in practice. The cultivation of safety awareness is a long-term and repeated process, and it is often encountered that the other party does not understand and does not cooperate. Xu Qin did not have a complete weekend during his tenure as deputy manager of the park management center.
