Transformation of Yunnan Peak Raw Material Roller Press
In order to adapt to the current market situation of intensified competition in the cement industry in the region, Yunnan Peak Cement Company has recently reformed the raw material roller press.
The design capacity of the raw material vertical mill currently used in Yunnan Peak is 280 t/h (average power consumption is 19kW.h/t), which can no longer meet the production requirements under the current situation of substantial increase in the output of the kiln system. Moreover, the vertical raw material mill has been used for nearly ten years, which is a long way behind the power consumption of the raw material mill in advanced enterprises. After learning from advanced enterprises and design units in the same industry, Yunnan Jianfeng decided to replace the old raw material vertical mill with an advanced raw material roller press final grinding equipment, and added a set of roller press and combined powder separator. The raw material mill capacity can be increased to more than 350 t/h, and the process power consumption can be controlled within 12kW.h/t. After the completion of the technological transformation project, it can greatly increase production capacity, reduce bottom energy consumption, and improve clinker performance, which will produce good economic benefits and further improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. At present, the basic part of the renovation project is under construction, and the subsequent equipment purchase and installation are in order.
