Daye Peak Magnetic Levitation Centrifugal Blower Renovation

On October 28, Daye Peak Cement Company completed the upgrading and renovation of 2# Roots Blower for coal mill. The magnetic levitation centrifugal blower was successfully used to replace Roots Blower. After a week of operation, the energy saving and consumption reduction effect was remarkable.

magnetic levitation centrifugal blower is a mechatronics product, which is mainly composed of three parts: magnetic levitation bearing, permanent magnet synchronous motor and fan. It adopts the direct drive structure of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, which integrates the centrifugal impeller and the motor drive. The integrated design drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed through the variable frequency power supply to generate alternating current with controllable frequency to drive the centrifugal impeller to rotate at a high speed, under the guidance and pressurization of the volute, the air becomes a gas with a certain flow rate and pressure, which is blown out from the air outlet to realize the blowing of the fan. It is put into use in the case of the same outlet pressure to make the motor running current from 291A to 261A, motor power from 157kW to 137kW, the basic realization of no vibration, no noise operation, both energy saving and environmental protection.

At the same time, in order to ensure the safe operation of the magnetic levitation centrifugal blower, on November 2, Daye Jianfeng specially invited technicians from Nanjing Magnetic Valley Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct magnetic levitation fan training. The technical personnel introduced in detail the structure of the fan, the working principle of the fan and the key technology of the magnetic bearing and the high-speed and high-power permanent magnet synchronous motor. The magnetic bearing has no contact, no lubricating oil, and ultra-low power consumption; the permanent magnet synchronous motor is small in size, light in weight and high in speed.
