枯木新芽
云南尖峰的水渣烘干系统由于周边资源限制,经常会有大块料进厂,所以在烘干机入料口制作了筛网,筛除大块物料,保持生产的顺畅。因为大块物料堆着影响车间整体美观,今年3月份,厂里在堆放场地边的花坛里栽种了约20株朱缨花,美化的同时也遮挡一下料堆。
朱缨花为热带花卉,性喜温暖、湿润和阳光充足的环境,成长较快,长成后红色的球状花朵零星点缀,艳丽非常。在云南的冬季,只要不遇极端反常的寒冷气候,朱缨花的枝叶就不易掉落,可以说是四季常青,两年三年就能长到一人多高,种这个再适合不过了。于是综合部负责挖苗栽种,车间负责后期养护,因为栽植时正值干旱季节,又专门支起了遮阴网,接了灌溉用的临时水管。
时间一天天过去,小树干上带的老叶子慢慢枯了,却没见枝头有新芽冒出。再过两个月还不见新迹象,于是有人狠下心用刀在树干上割个口子,发现内部早已干枯……想想费那么大力气,大太阳底下又是栽种又是浇水,最后竟成了堆不经烧的柴火,失落之情油然而生,干脆掀了遮阴网,撤了浇水管,等雨季到了再种吧。
6月份,雨季悄然而至,一场连一场的大雨浇透了早已干旱许久的土地,公司的绿化树疯长,一片生机盎然。雨停时,地上爬着蜗牛,树上掉落的水滴打在脖子里也透着清凉,两边的山顶每天都云雾缭绕。不经意间,朱缨花的树根下居然也有一颗颗嫩芽儿破土而出,躲在干枯的树枝间,在风雨中伸展。大家喜出望外,经过的时候总忘不了驻足查看。这算是应验了哪句话,是“有心栽花花不开,无心插柳柳成荫”,还是“门前枯木长新芽,院中老树又开花”?反正,愉悦的心情无以言表。
如今雨还是下着,树苗还是长着,想来也是,疫情都要过去了,经济也该复苏了,明年的今天,它们应该长到有我这么高了吧?
吃不了兜着走
背景:据央视报道,中国人每年在餐桌上浪费的粮食价值高达2000亿元,相当于2亿人一年的口粮。
“吃不了兜着走”,原是一句俗话,形容做事未经深思熟虑,出现了承担不了的后果。现如今,这句话出现在小餐馆大饭店的餐桌上、墙壁上,高频率地成为人们响应国家号召、提倡勤俭节约杜绝浪费的宣传口号。
可仔细想一想,“吃不了兜着走”就不浪费了吗?我们不妨来做一个简单的分析,追根溯源地谈一谈“吃不了兜着走”了以后人们是怎么处理的。
首先,酒足饭饱带着兜回来的食物回到家,一般不会拿出来吃了,于是丢在冰箱里。可是丢冰箱里也得分菜的品种。比如玉米烙,炒花生米,云南这边的肉干巴等等,放进去再拿出来热,不管是口感还是色泽,早就和原来相差甚远,最后也没什么人爱吃,只能无奈丢弃。这个时候再丢,心疼不心疼呢?不知道,反正已经兜回来了,也热过一次了呢。
再说说大鱼大肉、汤汤水水的硬菜。头一天吃大餐,一般第二天都喜欢吃点清淡的,那就先放着,客人好友来了,拿剩菜热着吃不合适;爸爸妈妈难得来看我们一次,热剩菜吃也不合适;孩子小需要增加营养,吃剩菜好像也不合适……于是放着放着,这样那样的原因让兜回来的食物在冰箱里过了一天又一天,最后的归宿大都又会是被扔进垃圾桶。
兜回家的东西,在大多数家庭、大部分情况下,再食用的比例都是很低的。更何况打包用的容器基本上都是塑料袋和塑料盒,大量的白色垃圾因此而产生,塑料制品装热食还容易产生有害物质,损害身体健康。因此,合理点菜、按需叫菜才是重点,这个重点又不得不联系到中国千百年来养成的餐桌文化——你啥时候来?我请你吃饭!这边羊肉好吃!你来,管够!来来来,别客气!这个好,生态的,多吃点!一句句暖心话语无不体现出主人家的豪爽和热情。希望客人朋友尽兴而归也体现在一桌子的好酒好菜上,看到菜少了,立马添!要是把一桌子酒菜都吃完了,主人会觉得菜不够没招待好,于是不吃完也成了好多客人的“礼节”。一方觉得菜不多一点,不好意思;一方觉得把你点的菜都吃完了也不好意思,于是造成了大量的剩余。
什么时候双方能都以吃完为宾主尽欢的衡量标准?我想这需要一个漫长的过程,而且还需要大量且持续的宣传,保持这个话题的热度不减,还有对一代代人的教育。中国是一个农业大国,6亿多的农村人口和几千年的农耕文化,让我们绝大多数人都明白“谁知盘中餐,粒粒皆辛苦”的道理,相信不久后会有一天,当我们回头望时,“吃不了兜着走”这句话将成为人们物质文明和经济文明水平进步道路上的一个符号,而我们的餐厅饭店里早就不需要它了。
秋 思
