At that time, I was very upset and even felt that I was not suitable for this job. But after several months of training, I slowly came out of these troubles. Slowly, I feel their own communication with customers also have confidence. Of course, it is not enough to grow up on my own at work, but I have indeed gained self-confidence and gained some customer trust and recognition. This is my harvest.
