"No pains, no gains". In the past few months of working in Huang Ping's peak, I have a profound understanding of this sentence. In June this year, I was assigned to Zhenyuan branch, responsible for market research and marketing. I am unfamiliar with this job and have no professional knowledge, so I don't know how to plan the market, how to communicate with customers, and even when I arrive in a county, I can't even recognize the way back. At that time, I was very upset and even felt that I was not suitable for this job. But after several months of training, I slowly came out of these troubles. The market is not familiar with do not know how to plan, more to run more to ask, to the experienced colleagues to learn; do not know how to communicate with customers, more to see some relevant information; learn a little professional knowledge or a professional word, it is written down, and then try to communicate with customers...... Slowly, I feel their own communication with customers also have confidence. Of course, it is not enough to grow up on my own at work, but I have indeed gained self-confidence and gained some customer trust and recognition. This is my harvest.
In short, as long as we treat anything with our heart, we will definitely get feedback. You get what you sow, you get what you sow. Your efforts and efforts are like sowing a seed. Through cultivation, it will take root, sprout, blossom and bear fruit.
