On October 21, Tianjin Jianfeng Natural Products Company Sent Staff to Participate in the Publicity and Implementation Training of "Fire Protection Standards for Engineering Design of Fine Chemical Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as "Fine Regulation") sponsored by Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone Emergency Management Bureau.
"Fine Regulations" was officially implemented on October 1, 2020, filling the gap in fire protection design of new, modified and expanded projects of enterprises in the field of fine chemicals involving the use of hazardous chemicals, such as medicine and coatings, which are not petrochemical. Compared with the universality of the code for fire protection design of buildings and the specificity of the code for fire protection design of petrochemical industry, the fine regulations are more accurate in positioning for fine chemical enterprises, more in line with the characteristics and actual situation of the industry, and more scientific for the actual safety management and government supervision of enterprises. This publicity and implementation training was undertaken by Zhongcheng Anhuan (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd. and specially invited Zou Zhonghua, the first drafter of the Fine Rules, and senior engineers Ma Haibin and Chen Ping, the main drafters, to interpret the relevant provisions of the Fine Rules for fine chemical enterprises in the development zone.
