News Recently, Daye Peak Cement Company has completed the replacement of high-efficiency energy-saving motors for kiln hoists, storage hoists and 3# cake hoists instead of ordinary motors and put them into operation, with remarkable energy-saving effect.
Since 2019 permanent magnet synchronous high-efficiency energy-saving motor successfully replaced ordinary motor to achieve good energy-saving effect, in 2020, Daye Peak decided to further promote the technical reform work, with high-efficiency energy-saving three-phase asynchronous motor to replace some ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor. The high-efficiency and energy-saving motor adopts new motor design, new technology and new materials. By reducing the loss of electromagnetic energy, thermal energy and mechanical energy, the output efficiency is improved. It has the advantages of saving energy and reducing long-term operation cost. It can be started directly, the power factor of the motor is close to 1, and the quality factor of the power grid is improved.
