Feng Yang is an old employee of the peak. From 2003 to now, it has been 17 years since he came to Jianfeng International Trade Company. He used to mainly do information, logistics and administrative work. Although 2019 3# September began to take over the company's chlor-alkali business, while busy with business work, he did not put down other work arranged by the company. For example, he completed the land bidding and delisting planning approval and license handling of the new warehouse project together with his colleagues. Of course, the main reason why he can be rated as an excellent salesman of the group company in 2019 is his achievements after taking over the chlor-alkali business.

One day in April, the author came to Feng Yang's office at the appointed time. As soon as he saw Feng Yang, he gave the impression of being kind and approachable, and the office was very clean and tidy. Feng Yang poured the author a cup of tea and talked about his work experience last year.

You used to work in logistics administration and took over the chlor-alkali business in 2019 . This is a shift from affairs to marketing-like work with such a large span. How did you get familiar with the situation quickly and get your work on the right track?

Answer:

The span is indeed very large, but fortunately, I have participated in the operation of the e-commerce park before, and the content is somewhat related. I have accumulated a lot of valuable experience in it, which is a very important foundation. Although there is a certain connection, after all, there are still differences, and previous experience cannot be copied. When I just took over the business, my job role suddenly changed, and I was inevitably unfamiliar with the new job content. The competition in the warehousing industry was fierce, and the early pressure was still quite great.

So how did you solve the problem later?

Actually, there are no special new tricks, they are all old and stupid methods. It is to rely on one step at a time to run more customers and make many trips a year. In this way, on the one hand, we are familiar with the original business, strengthen communication with old customers, and improve our service quality; on the other hand, we are constantly striving to develop new customers and new business. After long-term efforts, we have cooperated with leading enterprises in the chemical materials industry in the northwest region.

As the saying goes, what achievements have been made after the difficulties have been solved?

In the past year, around the responsibility system target issued by the company, we have fulfilled our job responsibilities relatively well, and actively developed upstream customers such as Zhongtai in Xinjiang, Ordos and Beiyuan in Shaanxi. As a result, the arrival volume of PVC reached more than 7 tons that year, up more than 60% from the previous month, exceeding the tasks assigned by the company. Among them, container arrivals increased by more than 40%. The increase in the amount of arrival has brought about an increase in the amount of delivery and throughput, which has contributed to the completion of the Group's responsibility tasks.

What is the deepest feeling about the work of 2019 ?

It's not easy to do business! (Laughter) But it's okay. While I'm young and in good health, I struggle more for my career. I enjoy it and enjoy it.

As for the achievements and honors, I actually don't think much about them, and I just focus on the process. To do every aspect of the process in a down-to-earth and down-to-earth manner is what I want to do. Most of the employees who signed up were identified as participating in the four levels of vocational skills. According to preliminary statistics, there are now 155 employees who have signed up for their professional skill level, including 47 pharmaceutical preparation workers and 108 cement production workers. The human resources department of the group company is stepping up efforts to organize personnel to examine the qualifications of the employees whose registration grades are identified, and then enter the Zhejiang professional ability integration platform for formal registration after passing the examination. According to the national vocational skill standards and other content, each unit carries out targeted training for employees who participate in the independent identification of vocational skill levels. The training is conducted through on-site teaching, online teaching, and learning platform question bank exercises. After the training, the group company will organize the employees who participate in the grade identification to carry out examination and assessment, and those who pass the examination will complete the grade identification and issue the skill grade certificate. It is understood that in order to ensure the quality of vocational skill level identification, after the company was approved to independently identify the vocational skill level, the human resources department of the group organized all units to compile the question bank for various types of work in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise and with reference to the national vocational skill standards and training syllabus and other materials. after classification, unification and standardization, verification and proofreading, the preparation of the question bank has been basically completed. After being submitted to the superior unit for examination and approval, the company will import the question bank on the enterprise university platform to facilitate employees to prepare for the examination. The question bank for the independent identification of vocational skills level will also be extracted from the question banks of various industries, including professional ethics, basic knowledge, safety and environmental protection knowledge, laws and regulations knowledge, professional work practice and other national vocational skills standards. Basic requirements. The examination and assessment for independent determination of vocational skill level is tentatively scheduled for mid-September.
