As the promoter of Lafarge's safety management model in Daye Peak, Zhang Fengliang shared Daye Peak's experience in learning advanced experience: first of all, it is necessary to change concepts, unify ideological understanding, attach importance to safety risk assessment, and establish a reward mechanism; Secondly, we should attach importance to the role of team leaders and improve the risk assessment ability and comprehensive safety quality of employees through the filling in the Operation Risk Assessment Form.
