At the beginning of the year, before the smoke of the war epidemic was over, the Group's Human Resources Department held two video conferences on group training. On the original basis, it is implemented from the aspects of defining training responsibilities, formulating training programs, paying attention to training applications, diversifying training forms, and strengthening training quality, so as to provide skills training for enterprise employees, especially front-line workers, and constantly improve the comprehensive skills and quality of employees.

Further clarify training responsibilities. Around the training objectives and tasks, enterprises further clarify that special personnel are responsible for specific training work, and organize employees to participate in training in stages and batches to ensure high-quality completion of training tasks. At present, Jianfeng Health has completed the first and second training plans, and the third training is being carried out in an orderly manner; the second training course of the pharmaceutical company has also been arranged and completed; the first quality special training of the cable company is also in progress. Clear responsibilities lead to efficient training.

Develop training programs. Before the start of the training, each enterprise will formulate a detailed training plan according to their own actual production and operation, as well as job operation requirements, and plan to organize three phases of vocational skills training throughout the year. Focus on training applications. In this year's training content, enterprises pay more attention to pertinence and practicality, and increase the number of professional skills training.
