On the original basis, it is implemented from the aspects of defining training responsibilities, formulating training programs, paying attention to training applications, diversifying training forms, and strengthening training quality, so as to provide skills training for enterprise employees, especially front-line workers, and constantly improve the comprehensive skills and quality of employees.

Further clarify training responsibilities. Around the training objectives and tasks, enterprises further clarify that special personnel are responsible for specific training work, and organize employees to participate in training in stages and batches to ensure high-quality completion of training tasks. Develop training programs.
