Daye Peak Production Line Lighting uses equipment installed when the factory was built. The line pipe and lamp pole are iron pipes. As the iron pipes have been used for a long time, the gradual decay of the iron pipes brings certain potential safety hazards. Moreover, the lighting bulb is an 80W high-pressure mercury lamp, and now the bulb has been gradually withdrawn from the market. In order to solve this problem, Daye Peak began to transform the lighting of the production line in stages and batches from the spring of 2019 . Replace the iron pipe with seamless stainless steel pipe, and replace the high-pressure mercury lamp with LED lamp; for the belt pit, remove the high-pressure mercury lamp and install LED lamp belt.
