Due to the long service time, the main water treatment equipment of Daye Peak Pump Station has the valve-less filter water pipe rotted and broken, and the filter sand and silt accumulate, which cannot effectively filter and drain, forming a reverse flow phenomenon. The treated water cannot be discharged in time, which seriously affects the normal operation and environmental protection requirements of the entire pump station. In view of this situation, the manufacturing department actively communicated with the manufacturers and worked out the renovation plan. The old water pipes removed from the technical renovation on the production line were replaced, silt was cleaned, and anti-corrosion treatment was carried out on the filter. The dosing part was replaced by the old diesel barrel idle in the warehouse, and the partially blocked PE pipe was replaced. The dosing pump, distribution box and stirring motor were reused after maintenance. After nearly a month of renovation, after commissioning, the drainage has been normal, and the hidden danger that has been troubled for a long time has been solved.
This renovation has saved more than 10,000 yuan in material costs, and the treated water discharge standard is stable and the effect is obvious. (Zhang Qingyu)
