News 9# May 9 On the evening of May 9, Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company successfully completed its 12 -day mid-year overhaul and resumed production after ignition.
In order to ensure that the production equipment can operate more effectively and stably in the second half of the year, Yunnan Peak takes advantage of the off-season sales in the rainy season to carry out a comprehensive overhaul of the equipment. This overhaul starts from August# December , mainly focusing on the renovation of 3 large fans, the repair of refractory materials inside the preheater, the replacement of kiln bricks in the rotary kiln and the replacement of protective plates at the kiln mouth. Due to the large number of cross-operation points and the difficulty of organization, Yunnan Jianfeng has set up a special maintenance leading group to formulate a thorough maintenance and safety supervision plan, classify and refine the implementation of responsibilities, and appoint safety supervisors at each maintenance site.
