It aims to realize the internal trainer team The standardization of management meets the needs of employee training at all levels of the company, while ensuring the smooth implementation of the company's strategic development, and enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of employee training, truly help employees to improve work efficiency and performance. The first batch of 94 internal trainers, according to the company's "internal trainer team construction and management measures", through personal self-recommendation, unit recommendation, qualification examination and other basic procedures, from the group company within the scope of formal labor relations (or labor dispatch personnel), it is selected from employees with intermediate or above professional titles, second-level (technician) or above professional qualifications, and third-level or above qualifications (one of the three). According to the different training contents, internal trainers are divided into two categories: general category and professional category (skill category), of which the general category is mainly management courses, and the professional category (skill category) is mainly technical courses related to various industries.

It is understood that general trainers are determined by the group company, and professional (skill) trainers are determined by various professional companies and directly affiliated enterprises, and reported to the group company for the record. The selected personnel shall be listed by the group company and shall be appointed by each unit for two years. The company will train and improve the selected internal trainers in terms of expression ability and methods, curriculum and teaching materials compilation methods, teaching arrangement and implementation, so as to better carry out all kinds of training. During the appointment period, the internal trainer needs to prepare and develop the corresponding course teaching materials, teach not less than six hours or two training hours per year, and decide whether to continue the appointment according to the results after being "qualified" by the satisfaction survey of the trainees and assessed by the unit where they work.
