Anhui New North Card Launches Lean Six Sigma Management

Lean Six Sigma (Quality Management Method) is a combination of lean production and Six Sigma management, the essence of which is to eliminate waste. Lean production is a systematic and scientific method to shorten the production cycle, improve quality and reduce costs, and meet customer needs by eliminating waste in all aspects of the enterprise. Six Sigma is a systematic and scientific method based on facts and data, using data to explore problems, analyze problems, and then improve them so that enterprises can achieve best practices in operational indicators, so as to meet customer needs and maximize the interests of enterprises. The purpose of lean six sigma management is to integrate lean production and six sigma management, absorb the advantages of the two production models, make up for the shortcomings of a single production model, and achieve better management results.
