News from our newspaper After several months of integration and adjustment, Anhui Zhongwang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Anhui Jianfeng North Card Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., two subsidiaries of Shanghai Beika Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., completed the reorganization and merger in September 7, established "Anhui New Peak North Card Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd".

The newly established New Jianfeng Beika Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is located in Anhui Dongzhe Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 280

mu, with a registered capital of RMB 1.2 .5 billion yuan and a total investment of RMB 3 .7 billion yuan. It is a high-tech and innovative enterprise integrating R & D, production and sales, the main products include small molecule targeted generic drugs, cytotoxic and highly active products, quinolone anti-infective drug platforms, specialty varieties and advanced intermediates, etc. At the same time, the contract custom production CDMO mode has also entered the substantive operation stage. The company implements strict GMP standard management and product quality control, and has passed ISO9001 , 14001 , OHSAS18000 certification, and established Chizhou Enterprise Technology Research and Development Center. And in 2019 years 11 January to obtain a pharmaceutical production license.
