In order to ensure the safety of the whole process of hoisting operation, the day before the construction, the international project team organized the construction unit, equipment manufacturers and construction supervision to hold a safety analysis meeting to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the possible hidden dangers and risks, and formulate corresponding preventive measures. On the evening of 7 20 , the construction vehicles entered in advance and stopped at the designated position to wait for construction. 7 January 21 morning, project team members, construction supervisors and hoisting personnel entered the site, the first Glatt equipment was lifted securely by the crane, the equipment was safely and steadily mounted on the hoisting platform, and the equipment installer transferred the equipment to the predetermined position.
