This move also stipulates the time to taste the pig soup. The boss selling pig soup in Changzhi County has formed a tacit understanding invisibly. They do it early and have to go on sale at 6 o'clock at the latest. Diners also need to get up early to not miss this delicious food. In the early morning, the heat emitted by the pig soup diluted the coolness in the air, and the sound of plates and bowls colliding, shouting, and drinking soup one after another, awakening Changzhi County from its sleep.

At this time, the thick soup was added again, a little Shanxi mature vinegar was added, and some chopped green onions were added. A bowl of pig soup was freshly baked.
