Daye Peak Raw Material Separator has been driven by 280kWasynchronous motor coupling reducer coupling frequency converter. In this way, the output shaft of the reducer is facing down, the sealing reliability is poor, the volume is small and the heat dissipation is poor, which leads to the phenomenon of sealing failure and oil leakage. Moreover, there are many transmission links and low transmission efficiency, resulting in many failure points. In order to solve this problem, Daye Peak modified the driving mode of the separator, using 220kW permanent magnet synchronous direct drive motor inverter to drive. The drive mode has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, clean production, maintenance free, etc., which not only improves the efficiency of the transmission system, but also reduces the workload of maintenance personnel.
