It is gratifying that the doctor confirmed my name during the re-examination. I think she must have discovered the problems in her work.

Maybe you can make a deviation, investigate and analyze the deep-seated reasons, and then come to CAPA (effective correction and prevention). In fact, the age difference between me and the old teacher is obvious. A little attention will reveal the mistakes.
