review team mainly conducted on-site review on seven aspects of Yunnan peak laboratory organization setup, personnel, laboratory quality management manual, instruments and equipment, test and environmental conditions, inspection work and quality control according to the "Quality Management Regulations for Cement Production Enterprises" and "On-site Evaluation Management Measures for Standardized Laboratory of Cement Production Enterprises. Through on-site observation of the inspection and test conditions, equipment, instruments and on-site operation of inspectors in the laboratory, the material inspection team arranged to carry out repetitive inspection of cement specific surface area of the grinding cement samples tested by the control team at 10 in the morning, and the ex-factory cement samples of sulfur trioxide were tested by gravimetric method in the analysis room, and the consistency of the measurement results met the error requirements of different laboratories. At the same time, the management documents, quality management manual, operation instruction, instrument and equipment files, original inspection and test records, ledgers, reports and quality control records were carefully reviewed.
After a day of intense inspection and review, the review team believed that the standardization construction of Yunnan Jianfeng Laboratory met the requirements of the "Evaluation Form for Standardization Laboratory of Cement Production Enterprises" and was approved to pass the standardization laboratory review. In view of the deficiencies found in the review process, experts also put forward guidance.
