Third, it can prevent the misuse and misdelivery of materials from causing process accidents. Fourth, the disorderly placement of articles will also increase the difficulty of inventory and lead to inaccurate cost accounting. And these are exactly the purpose of sorting out and rectifying in the management of 5S .

Only when we really understand the role of these wireframes and use it as a tool to help us improve our safety factor and work efficiency, will we consciously participate and no longer think that these wireframes are obstacles added by enterprises for us. The company's various rules and regulations and operating procedures are not invisible "frame " , which restrict our various behaviors to ensure safe and efficient production.
