[Usage and Dosage]

After 14C-labeled 0.1 sodium hyaluronate eye drops are instilled in rabbits, strong radioactivity can be detected in conjunctiva, external eye muscle and sclera within 0.5h, with the strongest radioactivity in conjunctiva, weak radioactivity can be detected in cornea, retina and choroid, while no radioactivity can be detected in aqueous humor, iris, ciliary body, crystal and vitreous. The radioactivity of the conjunctiva dropped below the threshold after 24h. Healthy people were given 0.1 sodium hyaluronate eye drops on the first day of monocular eyes, and were changed to 0.5 sodium hyaluronate eye drops on the second day, 1 drop once, 5 times a day, and continued to use sodium hyaluronate eye drops on the third to ninth days, 13 times a day, for 7 consecutive days.
