Regardless of the circumstances and conditions, the temperature of the concrete mixture shall not exceed 35 ℃. During winter construction, the mixing time should be extended, and the discharge temperature should not be lower than 10 ℃. At the same time, after the construction of pavement concrete, the first three days of maintenance temperature should be maintained above 10 ℃, the next 7 days of maintenance temperature should be maintained above 5 ℃.
③. When using dry aggregate exposed to sunlight for a long time, water shall be fully sprinkled to cool down.
④, the top surface of the base should be fully wet before pouring concrete, or take waterproof measures.
⑤, concrete surface finishing process, to avoid direct sunlight, do not make the temperature rise and dry.
⑥. According to the strength development, master the appropriate time for plate cutting to prevent the concrete slab from breaking.
