1, concrete in the construction of water-absorbing objects involved in the corresponding treatment before pouring, in order to avoid concrete moisture absorption, affecting the quality of concrete.
2, concrete should be poured before the initial setting, and there can be no segregation phenomenon, if there is segregation phenomenon, should be re-mixing, before pouring, and pouring process should also avoid segregation phenomenon.
3. When pouring structures such as columns, a layer of 50-100mm cement mortar (the mix ratio is the same as that in concrete) shall be poured at the bottom to avoid honeycomb pitting.
4, concrete pouring, should be carried out in layers according to the structural requirements, with pouring and tamping.
5. The overall concrete pouring of general structures shall be carried out continuously as much as possible to avoid intermittent construction. In the initial stage after concrete pouring, the concrete shall be protected from vibration or impact.
7. When making cement floor, roof platform and other parts, attention should be paid to the plastering operation. Generally, it should be plastered many times until there is no bleeding on the surface, but dry powder should not be sprinkled and cured in time during the plastering process.
8. In order to prevent early cracks in road construction, attention should be paid to:
①. Under the condition of meeting the design grade of concrete, accurate measurement should be made, excessive cement should not be used, and the unit water consumption of concrete should be mastered to reduce the shrinkage of concrete.
②, do not use high-temperature cement, the cement temperature during site construction should be lower than 70 ℃. In summer construction, the pouring temperature of concrete should be reduced as much as possible, the operation time from the beginning of pouring to the completion of surface finishing should be shortened, and the concrete should be fully cured. Regardless of the circumstances and conditions, the temperature of the concrete mixture shall not exceed 35 ℃. During winter construction, the mixing time should be extended, and the discharge temperature should not be lower than 10 ℃. At the same time, after the construction of pavement concrete, the first three days of maintenance temperature should be maintained above 10 ℃, the next 7 days of maintenance temperature should be maintained above 5 ℃.
③. When using dry aggregate exposed to sunlight for a long time, water shall be fully sprinkled to cool down.
④, the top surface of the base should be fully wet before pouring concrete, or take waterproof measures.
⑤, concrete surface finishing process, to avoid direct sunlight, do not make the temperature rise and dry.
⑥. According to the strength development, master the appropriate time for plate cutting to prevent the concrete slab from breaking.
