News In order to do a good job in the acceptance of international project equipment, recently, members of the international project team rushed to the equipment manufacturer to carry out a three-day FAT (Equipment Manufacturing Factory Acceptance) work on the purified water preparation and distribution system.
This acceptance includes document inspection, P & ID conformity inspection, key component confirmation, material confirmation, surface polishing inspection, appearance and size inspection, equipment structure and installation inspection, welding document confirmation, dead angle inspection, diaphragm valve installation angle inspection, pressure test, cleaning passivation inspection, control system key hardware inspection, etc, by checking and testing the applicability of the equipment and system documents, the correctness of installation and function, and whether the equipment and system meet the requirements of URS , a comprehensive test, test and system joint adjustment are carried out on the function and performance of the system, so as to make the whole system as perfect as possible and avoid delay of construction period due to problems found after delivery to the site. After three days of acceptance inspection, it was found that more than 10 places need to be optimized, and the manufacturer will improve them as soon as possible to ensure that they are all completed before the equipment is delivered, laying a better foundation for on-site commissioning and formal production.
