News In order to fully understand the air consumption of each system and count the energy consumption efficiency of air compressors, Daye Peak Cement Company recently installed 8 compressed air electromagnetic flowmeters and entered MES system through 485 communication.
Daye Peak has a total of raw material roller, coal mill, clinker warehouse, packaging 4 air compressor stations, which are divided into three systems: packaging, cement grinding, fired coal mill and raw materials. Compressed air is used. Recently installed compressed air electromagnetic flow meters are 2 installed in the raw material roller air compressor station respectively, and the gas consumption of the firing system is included in the gas consumption of the firing system; 1 installed in the coal mill air compressor station, and the gas consumption of the firing system is included in the gas consumption of the firing system; 3 installed in the clinker air compressor station, respectively recording the gas volume to the firing and to the finished product system; 1 cement mills are installed, and the gas cumulative amount is included in the gas consumption of the cement mill system; 1 cement mills are installed in the packaging air compressor station, and the gas cumulative amount is included in the gas consumption of the packaging system. These 8 compressed air electromagnetic flowmeters enter the MES system. As a part of the energy management system in the MES system, they can effectively analyze the gas consumption of each system, the energy consumption and efficiency of the air compressor, and guide the investigation of gas leakage points and the rational use of gas in each system.
