Daye Peak has a total of raw material roller, coal mill, clinker warehouse, packaging 4 air compressor stations, which are divided into three systems: packaging, cement grinding, fired coal mill and raw materials. Recently installed compressed air electromagnetic flow meters are 2 installed in the raw material roller air compressor station respectively, and the gas consumption of the firing system is included in the gas consumption of the firing system; 1 installed in the coal mill air compressor station, and the gas consumption of the firing system is included in the gas consumption of the firing system; 3 installed in the clinker air compressor station, respectively recording the gas volume to the firing and to the finished product system; 1 cement mills are installed, and the gas cumulative amount is included in the gas consumption of the cement mill system; 1 cement mills are installed in the packaging air compressor station, and the gas cumulative amount is included in the gas consumption of the packaging system.
