I studied at Daye Peak
I am an employee of the marketing department of Guizhou Huangping Peak Cement Company. Under the arrangement of the company's leaders, I went to Daye Peak with three other colleagues to study, which benefited me greatly. This is also a precious experience in my life, which left a good and deep impression on me.
During this period, I learned a lot of knowledge and experience, improved my job knowledge and skills, and at the same time met many colleagues. With their support and help, I fully felt the peak culture and the friendship between colleagues. I am very glad to be able to join this big family, it is also glorious and exciting for the upcoming official employees of Guizhou Peak.
The study and life in Daye Peak passed quickly. I summarized my work practice experience this month and continuously improved myself so that I could be qualified for the current position as quickly as possible so as to better improve myself in future work. I have carefully planned the next work to make the work more purposeful and improve work efficiency. Although a month's time is very short, with the careful help of leaders and colleagues, I have gained a lot and learned a lot. I slowly painted my own color from a blank sheet of paper. Recall that when we first arrived at Daye Peak, we were full of curiosity about our posts. On the first day we went to our posts, the company's corporate culture deeply infected me. Every day, our teachers taught us system operation and taught their work experience. Slowly, we were able to operate independently. During the first night shift, I was always worried about whether I could go smoothly. I felt that the night was very long, and I also encountered many problems. As a fledgling, I felt a little helpless. Fortunately, with the enthusiastic help of the master, the problem was solved. If you give, you will gain. As long as you are serious, you will do things well. After facing these difficulties and challenges, I have greatly enhanced my courage and confidence to meet the challenges.
After one month's study, I have been familiar with the work flow of this post. As a delivery window staff, we must be able to withstand the test, withstand grievances, and have some basic qualities. Usually, we should take the initiative to greet each other, ask questions when we come, send sounds when we go, and treat customers as relatives. No matter what, we should handle it properly, communicate more, and put ourselves in the other side's perspective instead of just thinking about our own affairs. In our work, we should do more, consult more, learn more actively, watch more, ask more and do more, so as to accumulate more work experience.
