Daye Peak Held First Monthly Economic Analysis Meeting
News 5# July 13 , Daye Peak Cement Company held its first monthly economic analysis meeting.
The idea of holding a monthly analysis meeting was put forward by Zhang Fengliang, deputy general manager of the group company and general manager of daye peak. After preliminary discussion and preparation, daye peak was held for the first time this month. At the meeting, the relevant person in charge of Daye Jianfeng Finance Department analyzed and explained the production costs, reasons for changes, product gross profit, etc., and showed the highlights and deficiencies in the production process to the participants through the data. The participants thought and discussed the existing problems, and took the responsibility to the people, and worked out the next work arrangement.
The heads of Daye Peak Management Team, Manufacturing Department, Purchasing Department, Quality Control Department, Marketing Department and other relevant departments attended the meeting.
