News In order to effectively solve the air leakage problem of the kiln tail bypass valve, Daye Peak Cement Company removed the existing flue valve and replaced it with a double-shaft double-disc flue stop valve. Each disc valve has an electric actuator to control the valve opening, which can control each valve individually, the project as a whole was installed and put into use on , 4, August, , 13, 10.

Daye Peak Original Kiln Tail Boiler Bypass

DN4000 Shutter Valve. Due to the use of nearly 11 years, the shutter valve is partially deformed, and the temperature difference between the outlet temperature of the tail boiler and the inlet temperature of the high-temperature fan reaches 18 degrees Celsius. The installation position of the original louver valve is lower than that of the boiler inlet, and there is dust accumulation in the long-term closed state. When the bypass valve is opened each time, the current of the high-temperature fan fluctuates greatly, and there is a potential safety hazard of the high-temperature fan jumping and stopping. The newly replaced double-shaft double-disc flue stop valve is designed with full consideration of the large dust content of the flue gas at the end of the kiln and does not accumulate ash when it is completely closed, thus overcoming the accident caused by the fact that the ash accumulated into the high-temperature fan when the original flue valve is opened. The kiln tail bypass valve is closed tightly, so that the temperature of the flue gas entering the high temperature fan is stable, and the wind pressure of the kiln tail system is more stable. SP boiler and the inlet temperature of the high-temperature fan at the kiln end is 4 degrees celsius, and the power generation is obviously increased. in addition, the monitoring temperature of the AQC boiler at the kiln end is 20-30 degrees higher than in previous years after the technological renovation of the grate cooler, and the maximum daily power generation of waste heat generation can reach 24.7.
