When the bypass valve is opened each time, the current of the high-temperature fan fluctuates greatly, and there is a potential safety hazard of the high-temperature fan jumping and stopping. The newly replaced double-shaft double-disc flue stop valve is designed with full consideration of the large dust content of the flue gas at the end of the kiln and does not accumulate ash when it is completely closed, thus overcoming the accident caused by the fact that the ash accumulated into the high-temperature fan when the original flue valve is opened. The kiln tail bypass valve is closed tightly, so that the temperature of the flue gas entering the high temperature fan is stable, and the wind pressure of the kiln tail system is more stable.
