meeting, Qin Xuping, member of the group's party committee and director of the party-mass work department, conveyed the key work of the first quarter party building meeting of the SASAC, interpreted the work on the establishment of the enterprise party building brand, the construction of the "five-star three-strong" grass-roots party organization, and the deepening of the party branch theme party day activities.

Qin Xuping also focused on arranging and implementing the centralized investigation of party members' organizational relations and party members' files. He said that this centralized investigation is the first since the adjustment of the party building management system in state-owned enterprises. All grass-roots party organizations should attach great importance to checking party members' information, and supervise and assist in the transfer of organizational relations if they meet the conditions for transferring out of the organizational relations. If the files are missing, improve the party members' files according to relevant requirements. After the

meeting, all party branches under the group took active actions, earnestly implemented them, and arranged special personnel to compare and investigate one by one. The staff of the Party and Mass Work Department of the Group also concentrated on the investigation work, went to some enterprises to inspect and guide, understood the problems encountered in the investigation work, provided on-site answers, further straightened out the organizational relationship of party members, and standardized and improved the files of party members.
