After several days of debugging and operation, the retrofit effect of grate cooler has initially appeared. The clinker discharge temperature is controlled below 120 degrees. The maximum grate bed speed of grate cooler is given 7.5 times / minutes. The fan air volume and grate speed still have a large margin. The bottleneck of restricting the energy saving, high yield and high efficiency of the kiln system has been broken, and the reduction of the temperature of the incoming clinker has also created a prerequisite for the next process of cement grinding to increase production capacity, reduce energy consumption and stabilize quality.
