Daye Peak Investment ,200 ,000 Yuan has systematically reformed the cement mill. Two cement mills and two warehouses have been changed into three warehouses mills. The grate plate has been replaced with a non-stick ball grate plate to ensure ventilation in the mill. The new material retaining ring has been replaced in the second warehouse to reduce the flow rate in the mill, optimize the layout of the existing frequency conversion fans of 132KW , 90KW and 75KW , increase the ventilation area of large cloth bags of 3 roller press, reform the feeding devices of three roller presses and pneumatic rod valves, adjust the blanking of the cone of the steady flow bin of 1 and 2 roller presses, and reform the technical reform of lithium slag hopper. At present, the work of the three roller presses has been significantly improved. The current of the two storage hoists is more than 5A higher than the best level before the renovation. It is expected that the hourly output will be increased by more than 15 tons. The grinding cement 0.080mm sieve residue can be stably controlled below 2.5% , and the sieve residue of 0.045mm is controlled within 10% . The regulation means is effective, according to the daily report, the power consumption of tons of cement grinding can be reduced by 1.5kwh after the transformation, and the expected transformation effect is achieved overall.
Daye Peak originally adopted the third generation grate cooler of Tianjin Institute. Although it has been upgraded several times in the past ten years, with the increase of kiln output, the cooling effect of clinker is getting worse and worse, which not only affects the thermal power of kiln system and increases energy consumption, but also greatly affects the output of cement grinding table, grinding power consumption and cement quality in the next cement grinding process due to the high clinker temperature. In order to maintain the leading cost and advanced technology in the industry, Daye Peak updated the original grate cooler. The Tianjin Institute's traveling steady flow cooler has the characteristics of good cooling effect and convenient equipment maintenance, and is equipped with the most advanced Halifax cooling fan in the industry. After several days of debugging and operation, the retrofit effect of grate cooler has initially appeared. The clinker discharge temperature is controlled below 120 degrees. The maximum grate bed speed of grate cooler is given 7.5 times / minutes. The fan air volume and grate speed still have a large margin. The bottleneck of restricting the energy saving, high yield and high efficiency of the kiln system has been broken, and the reduction of the temperature of the incoming clinker has also created a prerequisite for the next process of cement grinding to increase production capacity, reduce energy consumption and stabilize quality.
In addition, Daye Peak also shifted the original desulfurization gypsum batching bucket and added a lithium slag mixing batching bucket to increase the amount of lithium slag used to ensure normal feeding, and at the same time, it is also convenient to further expand the variety of mixed materials.
