Moreover, according to the service life of the equipment, Daye Peak has been in operation for 11 years and must be upgraded and replaced.

Daye Peak immediately contacted the power supply ground dispatching station and delayed the power outage to 4 July 1 - 2 . Considering the importance of internal communication, the internal communication network was first reformed, the original communication management machine, GPS timing system and 8 relay protection devices were replaced, the background power monitoring and management software was upgraded, the setting value of 10KV relay protection was recalculated and input, and 11 electric meters were newly installed (for data collection of energy management system), after repeated debugging and trial operation, the overall feeling is that the communication channel is unblocked and there is no "blocking" phenomenon. The response to the switch-on and switch-off instructions of the main transformer and the 10KV switch cabinet is timely. After the background upgrade, the desktop data is stable, the report data is true and reliable, and the equipment runs safely and orderly.

After hard work, the renovation was successfully debugged before the kiln was ignited and produced, without affecting the production, delivery and overhaul of finished products. The quality of the renovation project has achieved the expected results. At the same time, Daye Peak will also refer to the later planning plan of Huangshi power transmission network and the requirements of dispatching data collection, replace the original communication management machine according to the specific conditions of the upper substation (axle transformer), and use optical transmission equipment to transmit the information of total reduction, waste heat and safety network to the dispatching. It is planned to overhaul and implement it next year.

After transformation and upgrading, the system communication speed is improved, the data collection time is improved, the information (telemetry, remote signaling, remote control) response efficiency is improved, and the safety and reliability of the communication system are guaranteed.
