Therefore, it was necessary to explore and improve before production to provide materials for product declaration. The process is not familiar with and the performance of the equipment is not clear. We can only explore it slowly by ourselves. Moreover, the differences in raw and auxiliary materials and parameters of the product will affect the production process of the product. The data provided by the equipment manufacturer can only be used as a reference and cannot fully conform to the actual situation of the enterprise. Therefore, the performance, process parameters and other data of this new equipment are obtained by Lin Ronghua and the workshop staff through repeated tests. In the more than two months of exploring the new process, it is common for them to explore the process while producing, compare the data, and work overtime. After understanding the performance of the equipment, Lin Ronghua and his team improved the process parameters, increasing the yield from the original 20% to 25% , reducing the production cost.
