At present, there are five production lines for soft capsules, hard capsules, oral decoction pieces and food (solid beverages and oral liquids) in the health care product workshop. However, only one production line for soft capsules has five or six main equipment such as pill pressing machine and chemical glue. There are dozens of large and small equipment in the five production lines. It takes a lot of time to get familiar with the operation of these main equipment.

"Because I used to work in a health food company, some of the equipment is the same, and it is relatively better to be familiar with it." Lin Ronghua said that it would take more energy to learn and master some new equipment. Last year, the production of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil soft capsule, a new product with good health, required the use of supercritical extraction equipment in the health care product workshop. Before that, it was not used for the product and was in a stagnant state for a long time. Therefore, it was necessary to explore and improve before production to provide materials for product declaration. The process is not familiar with and the performance of the equipment is not clear. We can only explore it slowly by ourselves. Moreover, the differences in raw and auxiliary materials and parameters of the product will affect the production process of the product. The data provided by the equipment manufacturer can only be used as a reference and cannot fully conform to the actual situation of the enterprise. Therefore, the performance, process parameters and other data of this new equipment are obtained by Lin Ronghua and the workshop staff through repeated tests. In the more than two months of exploring the new process, it is common for them to explore the process while producing, compare the data, and work overtime. After understanding the performance of the equipment, Lin Ronghua and his team improved the process parameters, increasing the yield from the original 20% to 25% , reducing the production cost.

Lin Ronghua, while doing his daily work well, also pays attention to strengthening his own study, understanding new products, new processes and new equipment in time, and new processes suitable for the actual production of enterprises. He will also find data, compare data, form materials and report them to the company to apply for process improvement. In his work, Lin Ronghua often discussed the process with the operators. In order to improve the packaging efficiency, everyone proposed to replace the electronic counting machine. The packaging machine purchased by the workshop has the function of automatic capping. However, because some manufacturers' bottles cannot be suitable for this function, manual capping is still required in many cases, which affects the production efficiency. Lin Ronghua also actively communicates with purchasing and contacting bottle manufacturers to purchase packaging materials suitable for automatic capping.

As a workshop technician, Lin Ronghua also has another job to help workshop employees familiarize themselves with the performance of production equipment and process learning to ensure compliance with various production requirements. He said that in recent years, enterprises have paid more attention to cultivating the ability of one employee and multiple posts, laying a good foundation for the rational distribution of employees, and he will also organize workshop employees to learn from time to time, learn new techniques for improvement, consolidate the original product process, and be familiar with the equipment operation on site ...... After the usual indoctrination and accumulated training, the main operation with auxiliary operation, many employees in the health care product workshop can operate several equipment at present. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out.
