Jianfeng Pharmaceuticals ranks among the top 50 creative enterprises in Jinhua

News from our newspaper 4# April 26 is World Intellectual Property Day. Jinhua City released the list of "Top 50 Creative Enterprises" for the first time. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Company entered the list and ranked second among enterprises in Jinhua Development Zone.

The selection of creative enterprises takes the effective invention patents held by enterprises as the main index. Over the years, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has taken "intellectual property rights help enterprise development, and scientific and technological innovation creates a century-old peak" as the company's intellectual property policy. It has actively cooperated with China Pharmaceutical University, Sichuan Institute of Antibiotic Industry, Zhejiang University of Technology, Xiamen University and other units to build a scientific research and innovation platform integrating production, learning and research, and flexibly introduced Academician Wang Guangji and Academician Shan Weiguang with the chief scientist system, according to the direction of enterprise development strategy to carry out scientific research work, and achieved fruitful results. 2019 , Peak Pharmaceuticals applied for invention patents 2 ; obtained patent authorization 5 , of which invention 1 . By the end of 2019 , Jianfeng Pharmaceutical has obtained a total of 37 patent licenses (including PCT patent 2 ), of which 28 are inventions. There are currently valid patents 35 , of which 26 are inventions.

In recent years, in order to better integrate with the international market, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical has made a perfect patent layout for the new drug DPT under development, applied for patent protection in many countries through the PCT application channel for core patents, and finally obtained authorization in the high-level United States and Japan, laying a good foundation for products to enter these two overseas high-end markets. At the same time, around the core patent, applied for the preparation, crystal type patent and obtained the invention patent authorization 5 . In addition, the pharmaceutical company has also formulated a patent acquisition plan for other varieties under research, and implemented patent applications as planned; comprehensive patent applications have been conducted and authorized for products in production (sales) to ensure scientific research results and improve product recovery Value and reputation.

In order to make intellectual property rights better create benefits for enterprises, pharmaceutical companies actively responded to the government's advocacy and made patent pledge loans for high-value patents, totaling more than 1.5 .7 billion yuan. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
