Guo Zhijian entered the cable company in 1994 . He was an ordinary operator on the tandem line at the earliest, because he preferred to study the electrical field. In 2004 , he changed his job to do machine repair and was responsible for electrical maintenance. At first, there were still people with him. By 2008 , he was the only electrician in the cable factory, and each manufacturer's electric control equipment had its own unique design, which had to be familiar with by himself. The tractor bought last year has not had time to install it before.
