The most conspicuous ones should be the two shelves in the room. Small parts and some old parts of the equipment are piled on them, and all kinds of old drives occupy nearly one shelf. These old drives are Guo Zhijian's "treasures". He said that although most of them are broken and can't be repaired, they are still reluctant to throw them away because the parts on these devices will come in handy again without knowing when.

Guo Zhijian entered the cable company in 1994 . He was an ordinary operator on the tandem line at the earliest, because he preferred to study the electrical field. When there was a problem with the equipment on the production line, he followed the mechanic to watch. In 2004 , he changed his job to do machine repair and was responsible for electrical maintenance. At first, there were still people with him. By 2008 , he was the only electrician in the cable factory, and each manufacturer's electric control equipment had its own unique design, which had to be familiar with by himself. But it was also the foundation that was laid at that time. Now we can know all about the procurement, installation and commissioning of old equipment, and equipment transformation.

2019 is the year with the most equipment installed and modified since the cable company moved the factory. Due to the need of the order, the cable company received an order last year to produce steel belt winding cables, but the factory did not have steel belt winding equipment. if a new equipment was purchased, it would cost 24 yuan. finally, the cable company decided to purchase a set of old equipment. After many consultations, a suitable one was found, so Guo Zhijian went to see the equipment with his purchasing colleagues. As an old employee who has dealt with cable equipment for more than 20 years, Guo Zhijian had an estimate in his heart after seeing the situation of the old equipment. Finally, he added some accessories and installation costs 7 yuan to win it. He worked overtime with other personnel in the machine repair team to complete the installation and debugging of the equipment in 8-9 last year, which not only saved the cost for the cable company, it also ensured the normal delivery of that batch of orders, which made the customers very satisfied. 2018 , the cable company received a batch of orders for central plastic pipe products. At that time, most of the pay-off equipment in the factory was passive pay-off. The pay-off tension of this equipment was uneven, the wires were easy to be thinned, the performance of the produced cables was not good, and the product quality could not be guaranteed. However, the purchase of a 12 active pay-off device requires more than 30 million yuan. Considering that there is an extra 12 passive pay-off device for the city telephone cable, Guo Zhijian and the mechanic worked together to study and reform it. "The second one has experience in transformation. The processing time of accessories is faster than that of the first one. Now it has been completed." Guo Zhijian said that when the first one was transformed, some detours were taken because there was no reference data, but in the end the transformation was successful, the use effect was very good, and the product was delivered smoothly.

The tractor bought last year has not had time to install it before. This year affected by the epidemic, the Spring Festival holiday time extended, considering the installation will be more complex, electrical transformation, to reinstall the drive, these need to take more time. So on January , Guo Zhijian and two mechanics invited retired Hua Yongming to take protective measures and come back early to install the equipment. When the work resumed, the installation was basically completed. There are a lot of such small modifications, some to meet product needs, some to better product quality, and some to save costs...

Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out.
