Yunnan Jianfeng Starts Re-evaluation of Safety Production Standardization

This safety standard review is carried out under the guidance of Yunnan superstar registered safety engineer firm co., ltd. At the first consultation meeting, the expert group affirmed the achievements made by Yunnan Jianfeng in promoting safety standardization, introduced the contents of new safety laws and regulations, interpreted and trained the basic knowledge, detailed requirements and safety standard concept of new safety production standardization, emphasized the requirements of safety standardization, listed the problems existing in the production site, and put forward specific rectification opinions. After the

consultation meeting, according to expert opinions, Yunnan peak production site hardware facilities and software data, basic management, equipment, electrical, mechanical, thermal explosion, operating environment and other rapid start-up procedures, according to the safety standardization requirements to formulate a detailed implementation plan, the current work is in an orderly progress.

The establishment of Yunnan Peak Safety Production Standardization Level 3 Enterprise began at the beginning of 2015 , obtained the Building Materials and Cement Safety Production Standardization Level 3 Enterprise Certificate on 2016 4 19 , and obtained the Building Materials and Cement Safety Production Standardization Level 2 Enterprise Certificate on 2017 12 20 . After three years of continuous operation, a good safety management mechanism has been formed. At present, Yunnan Jianfeng has established a relatively complete safety management system, and various tasks such as safety hazard investigation, hazard source control, on-site 6S management, labor protection, occupational health examination and hazard factor detection have been gradually standardized, and the production environment has also been improved year by year., The level of safety management has been continuously improved, and the standardization of safety production has achieved remarkable results.

Zhou Jiping, general manager of Yunnan Jianfeng, requested at the meeting that all departments strengthen the basic work of safety production in Yunnan Jianfeng through safety production standardization work, and promote enterprises to establish a long-term safety production mechanism with self-restraint and continuous improvement to better Complete production and operation tasks; all employees must actively participate in safety production standardization work and make their own contributions to ensure that they pass the review at the end of the year.
