When eating lunch, use it to brush, you can easily eat, very convenient. When I got this work permit, I couldn't help thinking of the first work permit issued by the unit when I first started work in 1989. The cover of a hard-shelled booklet is dark brown, with the yellow characters "Work Permit of Zhejiang Jinhua Meat Joint Processing Factory" clearly printed on it. I have treasured it for more than 30 years. Open the work permit, the first page of which indicates the name, gender, date of birth, place of origin, work unit, serial number, date of issuance, etc., a black-and-white photo is pasted in the upper right corner, and the stamp of the unit is solemnly stamped. The second page of the work permit clearly reads various precautions.

Since I was also engaged in pharmaceutical work in the meat union factory at that time, now when I look at these two seemingly identical work permits, I can't help but sigh that I have worked in pharmaceutical enterprises for more than 30 years. Over the years, I have been inspired by my positive and optimistic work attitude, down-to-earth work enthusiasm, continuous learning and the ability to accept new things.

From the first day of work, I have established an optimistic working attitude. For everyone, whether it is life or work life, attitude is very important, it determines too many things in our life. Only with a positive work attitude can we shoulder the responsibility of work, develop and innovate, and deal with various complex problems. Mr. Lu Xun said: "A real warrior dares to face the bleak life and the dripping blood." As long as we face difficulties with a positive attitude and are not intimidated by difficulties, we will certainly be able to overcome difficulties and become a warrior in life and work.

Improving job skills is necessary for older employees. In the face of fierce market competition, I think old employees should also start from themselves and earnestly grasp job skills training. Only by constantly improving their knowledge and skills can we ensure that they will not be eliminated by this rapidly developing society and thus occupy a place in the enterprise. There is a saying in "Zuo Zhuan · Xianggong": "Be prepared for danger in times of peace, and be prepared for danger." These short twelve words contain a wealth of philosophy. At the same time, it also reminds us that only by continuously improving our job skills can we implement safe production.
